have u ever used a styrofoam cutter? its easier then a box knife cuz u can cut all the way through on the first pass. its basicaly a thin iron that melts the stuff just enough to cut throught it. use it on XPS or EPS
Yes, we used two different hot wire cutting tools on the MAACS flight simulator, but we had good ventilation because we cut foam in the garage during the summer. For our DIY videos, we mostly show building techniques that can be used indoors without worrying about harmful fumes.
