great video——i would have done the same too …
you also have to include that you need to feather your props
what video card do u have?
are u playing with a joystick??
i cannot land a airbus a321 its annoin 2 do how did u do it ??
5*video
that landing seemed to be manual… right?
can someone help??!!….i have the saitek cyborg X joystick and it does not work with FSX anymore. it used to but now it just freezes my computer as soon as I enter free flight when plugged in!! HHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP
I LOVE these FS channels! Thanks for posting them! ThEY ROCK!
Flying has been my dream ever since I can remember……
this is possibly the best answer lol. I guess another option could be to idle the engines and fly at the best glide speed, then when required sparingly use the power if need to climb back up.
@nxec43 The A321 in FSX has many bugs…refer to one of Cessna 154’s videos to learn how to fix these bugs (but beware, the airplane handles like a fighter jet after)
if you feather the props you will decrease drag, thus increasing glide distance
Guys if you look over his videos he shows all the questions you are asking Eg. his hard drive (he has a video that tells u every thing he has motherboard ect)
yes he does use a joystick look over his vids and it shoulds all the tools he uses to fly and make his flying great
Hope it helped
Anyone fly the A321 with a yoke? I always have a hard time stabilizing the pitch.
I don’t know what ‘feathering the engines’ means that’s what I meant by which means.
Nice videos you make! Cessna154
nice video, again. you could also have landed on the road right in front of you at 8:25
climbing to a higher altitude with maximum continuous thrust untill ur fuel ran out wasnt a bad idea…although instead of letting the props windmill like you did u could of shut them down completely, windmilling props create more drag wich will reduce your gliding range(people often think windmilling props still create thrust wich is not untrue, but the drag is much higher than the thrust created)also feathering the props would help you glide further again because of the decrease in drag:)
Hey, I was wondering if you could answer a couple of questions? I have fsx demo on my computer, and runs pretty slow. Does it do the same with the real game? If I do buy FSX what game should I then buy (I am not very expericed, I am just intersted in the game was wondering if it was something I would enjoy)?
Thanks, plz answer if you can.
i find the airbus fleet hard to fly as they are slow to respond. I much rather boeing
trying to figure out a way to simulate the Beechcraft 350 fuel out , without just starting the craft at a point w/ X amount of fuel. So im flying from Miami SE till i run out lol. It will take a while but I just save along the way. Ill post back.
dude you can get used to it!
@johnmunoz18
I’d use 75% power and climb so it doesn’t use fuel as quickly as 100% power.
You should climb at V yse in the King Air
You should climb at V yse in the King Air
dude so smooth fsx
