In the real world it can be much slower.

The FMC / FMGC calculates your land and approach reference speed (VREF) based on numerous factors.

make sure you have autopilot master switch on, heading hold, speed hold. you adjust your heading throughout the flight when the ATC tells you. when he waffles on a the localizer do as he says(i.e descned or turn) the put the ils frequency in the NAV1 radio and activate it. TURN OFF HEADING HOLD - then i turn on approach hold straight away but in this video he turns it on later, but i works either way..

approach hold takes over from Navigation mode, navigation will take you to the airport, approach hold will make the auto decent, not an autoland, be careful . Dont forget to set your trims for landing k. goodluck. Contact approach on 120.5.

select the destination or airport you want to land at from the gps and use the airport code, for example, for Melbourne International Airport its YMML, then select the ILS runway, then program that runway into your Nav com1 and activate it, then select navigation autopilot to allow the plane to respond to the NAV signals. try that k.

Hey, how did you get the glide / slope. I've seen the video several times and still dont get it. I have the game in spanish (although prefer english, totally), so some things are a little different, so please show me or explain me the posicion of G/S. What is the G/S if I'm VFR flight. Also, you've put a lot of waypoints to guide you. Explain that, because I used to not get the NAV signal (being too far) and never got straight to the runway. You put waypoints to be straight with it much before
